Idly surfing the TV channel is and chanced upon the last 20 minutes of The Third Man. What amazing cinematography!.
There were so many stills that you could frame, put on your wall and live with for ever.
I'm going to have to  find the whole film and watch it more than once .
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Re watching Father Ted episodes. Great fun.

I haven't seen The Third Man since I was a youngster. Wish I'd caught that.
Glad the wee greenfinch was ok. It's always horrible when that happens. I think the birds here will just be glad it's a nice calm day here today. Icy, but that doesn't bother them except if they land on the pond... ;)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Now I know spring is really on its way despite the atrocious weather we've been having. I saw some wild garlic about 4in high in some woodland yesterday. I needed to see that.

  • Today's RTBC?  This blue sky and sunshine will do today.

We've got blue skies here @floralies.  Nice change but perishing after a clear night and frost.

Breakfast at the Donkey Sanctuary, the sun is streaming through the restaurant windows, and I’m too hot! I’ll be glad of the vest and jumper when we head out for our walk shortly though, although it’s warming up pretty quickly. Very glad we came out,  better than spending the morning stripping out old carpet. Just had a thought, can I use the old stuff in the garden? I’ll put a question on another thread.

My reason to be cheerful is a beautiful sunny day, a 15% discount on my new David Austin roses and my little grandson Thomas.
  • Aw, he's gorgeous @debs64 I do love a baby photo.
I too have a beautiful sunny day ahead to enjoy, pottering about outside.
