Sixteen years ago we had a new gas central heating boiler, the price a couple of £s in excess of £3000. We have just contracted British Gas to install a replacement, the price this time being £3,500 but that includes £800 worth of upgrades not done first time. Allowing for inflation (£3000 then =£4700 today) it effectively means the price has dropped £2000. Not bad.
Maybe because they're going to make them obsolete in the next ten years or so @BenCotto
The glitch with the '@' thing has only happened in the last couple of days. These things often seem to be concerning the browser you use or similar.
I always told my girls to ask questions. I said that some people think only stupid people ask them, but it's the opposite - it's the smart folk who do it.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Hard frost last night and my osteos didn't die. Some still have the odd flowers. I have had hardy - ish ones before. One survived in the ground for several years but I didn't know the variety. I seem to have found a couple by chance. A white one and a purple one. Fingers crossed.

Probably not, I prefer to keep e-mail traffic to a minimum.
