@herbaceous not unreasonable at all. Wishing you a peaceful and speedy recovery, covered in flowers. x

I agree - not in any way unreasonable @herbaceous:)
These are the things that make all the difference. You'll soon be out there, getting stuck in  ;)
    Little steps x
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Sorry too wet for pictures.
Mostly the the usual suspects here too. Cyclamen,  Daphne, Skimmia, Mahonia, sarcoccus and Helibores, winter pansies and violas.
Some clinging late include a Rose, cyrinthe, fuchsia "the Bride",  and some freesia ( though there are new buds too), blue lobelia in the green wall. Some surprises are a Anemone,  Auricula, Agapanthus 1 blue 1 white, not full sized flowers but there anyway, one quince flower and Rhodanthemum   casablanca, which according to the label is a summer flowering alpine!  Nearly forgot we have white dianthus in a large trough that seem to flower all year round now. So 20 at least & my wife keeps telling me about others I haven't listed .

    AB Still learning

  • Far too wet for photos here in Pembrokeshire -(thunderstorms passing through just now!). So here's a simple list: Mophead hydrangea, Passion flower, Mahonia, Primula, Pansy, Fuchsia 'Lady Boothby', Dwarf fuchsia, Hebe, Pelargonium, Cyclamen, Helebore.

That looks like H.argutifolius, which is a taller species.
How can you lie there and think of England
When you don't even know who's in the team
