Good afternoon everyone. I am so pleased to be home safely from Bestie's after an horrendous drive on floodeds road and lots of surface water too. Needless to say we didn't go out.
Ante, your post about Max being a better patient than your Dad made me smile a lot It must be a real worry for you with the buds on your fruit trees being so big and the thought of frosts that may still arrive. At least if we only have one fruit tree in our gardens we can throw horticultural fleece over it but with a whole orchard its a real problem. Fingers crossed!
Busy, I am sorry that you are feeling a bit under the weather. Every September when my friend and I went back to school after the summer holiday, we would come down with all sorts of colds and voice loss courtesy of our pupils. Occupational hazard!

I came home few minutes ago from walk. It's dark but it's lovely warm and peaceful. I feel really recovered after holiday dishes, and walk helps a lot. Now is time for dinner and for rest.

Late to bed tonight, this was a friend from the art group mum attends who sadly passed away on Christmas Day. Mum received a call from the group organiser to let her know, she was a lovely lady and will be missed.

Good morning all. I was washing my hair at 3am I'd been very dizzy for a couple of days and it needed doing. Busy I hope you had a restful night. Lily oh will be looking forward to his regular Pilates in the new year. Chive I'm sad to hear that it is very sad news. Yvie I'm glad your feeling better.
Chive I suspected it might have been something like that to cause your Mum such upset and again, as we have mentioned before, such a poignant time to hear about a loss. That lady's family will be completely devastated.

SGL, I think you summed up this year for most of us wonderfully - SM, GC, and the joy of our gardens. Let's hope that next year will be a kinder one for us all.
