When I challenged a friend of mine for voting Conservative (it is very blue in our neck of the woods) in the last election with - but Boris????Β  She simply replied, I know, I know.Β  People like her must be feeling very let down now.
And he's hiding in the fridge again I see.Β  I wonder how many positive tests there have been in his immediate circle that he has ignored?

Why do you get them done ever 2 weeks?
He's just here just now doing mine. Every two months for Β£20.Β
Dearer than the last lot, but I was sick to death of them randomly charging different amounts and ignoring emails from me about leaving all the gates open.Β
I think I paid Β£30 for the mop and squeegee set from Wolf Garten that fits onto my telescopic apple picker handle. If I ever get it back from my dad who borrowed it about 4 months ago I'll be in profit in no time.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

  • We get our windows done approximately every 6 weeks.Β  Front and back Β£36. It is expensive but some of our windows areΒ  inaccessible from a ladder. I did try one of those extendable brushes, but the hose connection (not replaceable) was rubbish and a standard hose was too heavy.Β  After several soakings I gave in .

Our window cleaner charges us Β£5, once a month (ish). Semi-detached house, 11 windows (two are little ones) and the glass in the front door. He does it the old-fashioned way with a ladder, but it only takes him about 10 minutes. I've got one of the telescopic brushes that you connect the hose to (bought it some years ago when we didn't have a window cleaner) but it took me probably over an hour to set it up, do the cleaning and put it away again, and I got wet in the process.

I was reading earlier today, a report from one of Boris's tutors at Eton.Β  Even then the tutor was commenting that Boris didn't see why the standards of behaviour expected of others should apply to him.Β  It seems nothing has changed in 40 years.

I remember seeing a copy of one of his school reports which said something along the lines of " he's incapable of accepting that he's ever in the wrong " seems that has never changed either
