I'm going shopping again. I'm doing the meal on Saturday evening at Daughter 2's and they are coming to lunch with me on Monday. Also need to make up a hamper for Son 1. Was going to give them a cheque because they live so far away, but they are coming down south after Christmas so I can give it to them. They can't get English stuff where they live, like Marmite, Golden syrup etc which are available here. Dordogne is a walnut growing area so I'll add walnut cake, biscuits and chocolates, and wine.

Busy, the hamper does sound most delicious. I love walnuts. Well, to be honest, I love all nuts but as I've said before, walnuts remind me of tiny brains!

Will do a few unmentionable this morning and then this afternoon wrap a few pressies. Must try to stay awake and hopefully sleep better tonight 🤞 @Busy-Lizzie Hope you're feeling better. @Songbird-1 do hope it's easy to fathom out the new machine when it arrives, I really love my old one. Can't remember how long we've had it, but it looks like new and never had a problem with it before 😓 we've definitely had our money's worth.
