A very good morning one and all. Love the picture Hazel but thank goodness feet are absolutely fine and still speaking to me this morning.
SGL, I watched the dance off and was quite surprised at who was there. Of the two pairs that were there I think that the right one was eliminated as, in my opinion, he didn't dance as well as on Saturday night. I am so glad that I don't have to be a judge!
RosieBB, its good to hear that Alfie's throat is easier.

  • Good morning LB and those to follow. ย A jolly cartoon for the start of a new week. ย I have an appmt so up early. ย Trying to get rid of hiccups this morning.
  • Morning everyone,ย
@bluebellsinthewild you were up late, hope you managed to get some sleep. Have a restful day.
@Ladybird4 I think out of the two in the dance off the right one went home. But was surprised the other couple were in the dance off.ย
Meant to ask,ย  is anyone watching Showtrail. Have only watched the 1st episode.....its on BBC1 9 o'clock on Sunday. Will watch last nights tonight probably. It's made by same people as LOD.ย

  • Morning @Rubee no I wouldn't like to be a judge either. Although I was surprised that Shirley didn't agree with the others choice.ย
Hope you and OHย  are well
  • Hello all .... we had a beautiful sunrise this morning ... lots of pink right across the sky ... but of course, it's a Shepherd's Warning ... bring those sheep down from the hills folks ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Glad folk seem to be on the mend ... I'm still stuffed up and staying in the warm but I'm feeling perfectly ok so deserve little sympathy.ย  It is chilly tho' ... the heating's going back on brrr!ย ย

    Have a good day folks!

    Morning all,

Looks nice out today. Even a bit of blue sky :o Dare say it isn't particularly warm but that won't stop me going for a run and getting on with getting the garden winter-ready.

I've done a couple of hours work so will leave it for a bit whilst all the stupid replies to all my sent e-mails dribble back :(ย

    Good morning all.

No plans for today. BBC weather said sunny periods but the only period we have is cloudy. At least the strong wind has stopped. The garden is more or less up to date, too soon for some things. The garden bin is bursting full, should be emptied on Friday. We are using the big bag that the last lot of gravel for the drive came in for composting leaves. OH does the leaves on the lawn with the mower. It's exercise he can manage. I ought to go for a walk, not exercising enough.

I will have to go back to France sometime for my 3rd jab, due after mid November.

    Afties all,

Had a good stint in the garden, mostly spent in a foot wide gap between the back of our shed and the back fence. Got a lot more of the ivy that has become the fence :o out. The remains are like papier mache! Had a couple of inspectors call to see if I'd sorted out their replacement fence yet. Don't think Christopher or Nutkin were impressed :D
