    My daughter makes a fantastic lemon and banana loaf, that has a crunchy crust on it.
    This thread has reminded me to start dropping hints!  :)

    A banana loaf [with some sultanas] is one of my all time favourite bakes @Balgay.Hill , but it's too easy to eat so I never make it now.  ;)
    That sounds very nice with the lemon though.  :)
