    That is my concern @punkdoc … this forum has a reputation for providing pretty reliable advice … people spend their hard earned money on the strength of advice given here. It’s a shame when  advice is misleading. 

    However you have her gender wrong @punkdoc.

    This is starting to really upset me. The damage being done to new and/or inexperienced gardeners needing proper help is just awful.
    I'm off. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    My tree here being an apple tree does not change anything about my recommending a cherry tree.  It only means I will plant a cherry tree next season.  It can grow up from behind where there is a patch of shrubs.

    Every abuser says that. "The fact that we are screaming, trolling and abusing you is YOUR fault. You are enjoying our abuse. What you say to protect yourself from it is CRAP."  I used to volunteer for a shelter and they teach this is the standard repertoire of every abuser. 
    But it is the abusers' fault.

    Disagreeing with a factually wrong statement is not trolling. 

    If more than one person disagrees with that wrong statement that is still not trolling. 

    Making accusations of trolling against someone who disagrees with you on a matter of established fact is an attempt to bully and intimidate.
