I received mine last week. It's too early to plant at the moment anyway really, especially for tulips, in reality you're better off not having them hanging around too long.

At the moment most of my purchases are seeds, both to lay down in autumn for those that need winter to germinate, and those I want to plant indoors for next season. And my favourite for seeds at the moment is Stocks & Green.
I ordered some anemones 18 days ago and haven't received them yet. They initially wouldn't send to my area but sorted that out for me but the shipping is rather expensive. As a first time buyer I have also received a £5 voucher for my next order so that would cover any additional postage charge. If I remember correctly I conversed with them by replying to the email at the bottom of theirs.
This year, and last, have been genuinely tough on the industry - with Brexit, the odd weather and Covid. They are still not back to normal. Huge lack of HGV drivers is making things hard. I would hold off condemning companies, if this is the first year you have used them. Yes, good comms and customer service are required, but even they has fallen off a cliff for many good firms this year.
My spring-flowering bulbs were despatched on 14 September and arrived at my house today. I had emailed Farmer Gracy to say I would be in the UK until 10 September (daughter's graduation) so please could my order be put on hold until my return to Italy. I received a lovely, friendly email confirming this would be possible, best wishes for a lovely graduation and they would like to see photos of my bulbs when they flower.
I have purchased from them a few times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I was impressed when I bought some plants from FG at full price, and found them reduced shortly after... quick email, and they refunded me the difference. Excellent service and good plants.

That's a very good result @Janie B. It's a very good practise - encourages people to use a company again when the service is good.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
