    I’ve received my handbook last week but it came to my previous address (even though I requested it to my new address) so I’m expecting to receive another one to my current address. A friend of mine received one last week too even though he didn’t request it. My guess was that they first send it to the previous customers and then to those who requested it. I might be totally wrong. (My last name is in the middle of the alphabet…)

    So not conclusive then.  I cannot believe they send out at random, surely they would take a methodical approach..

    Im an S and just got mine a few days ago. My newbies finally arrived yesturday, look good, both quickly potted in deep rose pots for now as its foul out and Ive yet to drill holes in the proper pots (argh why dont they come pre drilled!).
    I use wickes top soil and peat free compost too, both look good.

    Maybe it's the date first requested that they go by, old type of data base just lists of names/addresses in year order.🤔
