  • @Papi Jo again brilliant photos. Our "wild" garden has many plants that still have their seed heads. Some are there for the birds, some for insects to shelter and some just because they look lovely as your photos show.
  • @Papi Jo again amazing photos. Those that grow heathers (we can't) probably don't see the wonderful image that you have shown. And never looked too closely at the Saraccoca (just enjoy the wonderful scent through out our garden at the moment) I will look more closely.

    How amazing that so many of you are still adding to this thread. It certainly does show that the close up of flowers continue to amaze us all.

    Can anyone guess what plant this flower bud might belong to?
    Macro photo made (indoors) of 11 photos merged together using the Focus Stacking method for better focus from front to back.
