I'm pondering getting rid of the tripod. It only fits the camera, which is far more bulky than the mobile phone, plus the phone takes pretty good photos really.

Obviously only you can know if you use something or not, but my motto is only to get rid of things that are broken, or that I haven't used for at least a year. I'm not a hoarder but I couldn't count the number of times I've used something I'd previously thought I wouldn't.
@NormandyLiz I understand your logic, and under normal circumstances, I'd follow a similar principle, but, with a potential move to a smaller property (the residence, not the garden), there are some things that will just have to go.
My collection of castle stuff has already been reduced (I struggle with that), so I need to consider other things too. My wife has been very disciplined, so I really ought to be also.
I need a whole museum for my stuff, and my wife refuses to live in one!!
Flax - it's grown commercially round here and I get free bales of flax horse bedding to mulch the garden. The downside is it takes ages to break down, the plus side is it's full of seeds, which means flowers in random places throughout the summer
