I think they're getting to the stone/ paper/ scissors stage. Much more interesting.

A pox on idiot politicians too @Dovefromabove!

I have never understood the stone, paper, scissors thing @B3.   Probably invented by a football playing politician.   How stupid can you get?

We make our own versions of rock, paper, scissors game. Complete with different hand shapes. Currently gangster hand scissors beats everything and nothing beats it!! Of course it was only played with our son when he was about 5 or 6. It made him laugh playing the stupid little game.

England team thought they had found the fast lane to the final with Denmark!!! That was what the BBC reporter most said on the news. That's a load of bollox!!! England team were very open about how serious they saw Denmark. All the pundits said Denmark wasn't a push over. They've won the Euros when England hasn't. No way were they going to be easy, they've simply got better just like England.

Do you think that the quality of BBC news and sport reporting in news programmes has dropped a lot in recent years? I think I'm seeing more complete rubbish passed away news reporting on the BBC of late.

BTW I once complained about BBC news filming in Syria of a young child, alone and fleeing a rapidly advancing ISIS  forces. Fleeing across barren, open ground on his own, terrified and the BBC freelancer shoved a camera in his face filming close up as he passed by crying his little eyes out. On seeing the camera and inhuman cameraman he let out a wail and became even more distressed. All for a couple of minutes news story repeated every half hour on BBC news channel. BTW a couple of women recognised the kid as a neighbour and the kid was taken care of by them but the enhanced distress caused by BBC had still happened.

Has anyone complained to the BBC? I got an acknowledgement email automatically. Then exactly a month later I got what looked like another automatic email saying my compliant was not upheld, and thanking me for getting in contact. That went down well with me, not!! They do not have a good complaint system IMHO and their news gathering is becoming pi$$  poor at times.

Kane scored off the rebound from a saved penalty that was won following a long wait for the VAR decision. Glad I missed that and only saw the replay during extra time half time break.

Am I off the hook over my England loss following Maguire sending off?  Fingers crossed for 15 minutes!!

I am hating football even more now it has sucked me in!!!!

Why are you inflicting it on us @NorthernJoe??   Do give up!  Some of us don't give a toss and would rather battle bindweed.
