I have an Iceberg on a chain link fence facing east, does really well.

I was going to suggest iceberg too. Mine faces west and doesn't mind a bit of shade. Just a bit!

There seems to be a shortage of potted roses generally this year, you might have to wait until the next bare root season in Autumn...

    Here you go. Last year.
It must have been pretty hot for a few days as they don't all usually blow at the same time. They are often much tighter.

I have Mrs Herbert Stevens, but it's too young, I can't say anything about it yet.
I would be tempted to try Sombreuil, although it isn't pure white either or Aimee Vibert as Nollie recommended.
Another rose I like a lot is Guirlande d'Amour (it is pure white hybrid musk, bred by Lens, sold by Beales but seems to be only available as bare root in autumn). It is more like a big shrub but can be trained to some extent.
If you are willing to consider once-blooming roses, Alba maxima and Alba semi-plena are pure white and can take part shade.
If you choose Iceberg, shop around, it is surely cheaper somewhere else than from DA.

I think Snow Goose likes full sun too.  It's a tricky time to buy roses just now.

I've had a climbing Iceberg in the garden. Was lovely for a couple of years, then had less flowers and the leaves got diseased. Got fed up and uprooted it. Plus it never repeated!

    Mine doesn’t repeat either.

Couldn’t find an Iceberg, but Cottage Memories has a good reputation, some on the rose thread have had some well branched, very healthy potted roses from them. They have a potted  Aimee Vibert..
