    Morning everyone
Have been awake since just after 5, got fed up laying there trying to get back to sleep. So now downstairs drinking tea. Seems chillier this morning and very grey skies.
    Hope you've all slept well

I woke up to no hot water this morning which was bad news.  I've just had to re-pressurise the boiler as that was the problem. All is now working properly again but it does make me happy that I elected for an electric shower - at least that has never failed me so far. I'm now enjoying my cereal and tea.

Morning LB,  glad you've sorted your hot water out. I'll join you in another cup of tea.
Hope the weather is better where you are, it looks like its going pour down soon. Although the garden could do with it.

Good morning all. Lovely sunny morning here though cold. Off for a walk with sister later then work this afternoon. Another talk with bosses yesterday, they want me to tweak my hours slightly which I agreed to but they also asked me to work Monday afternoon not morning which I have refused to do, not sure if they can insist but hoping they won’t. Trying hard not to stress about it.
Hope those who slept badly can have an easy day.
Rain? What’s that? I will be watering tonight as I have so many pots I can’t wait for nature to provide.

Good morning Ruby and Debs. My weather sounds like yours Debs - still chilly but looking good for later. Deep breaths Debs and try to keep calm. You are in a position of strength as you have agreed to other tweaks. I'll join you in the watering.

    Morning Ruby and Debs
They darks sky has disappeared and we now have sunshine. We haven't had rain for awhile either.
Hope everything gets sorted for you @debs64 I wouldn't want to work the afternoon either, messes up the whole day, can't really do anything in the morning knowing you have to keep your eye on the clock.
    Have  a good day everyone

    Morning all,

Looks great out there. Again! :)

Thought I spotted the backside of a rat disappearing through the fence to next door yesterday morning. Saw the same backside this morning and went to investigate. Sure enough - a big, old Roland was scuttling underneath NDN's patio.

Looks like I may have identified a potential strawberry muncher, daffodil killer and hole-digger :(

  • Yippee, I’m back on line!  Cool but sunny today.  Rubee assisted me with the set up, thank you.  Hazel I hope the isolating will pass quickly for her, bless.  Lily have sixty winks this afternoon as you’ll be tired now.  LB I love the colourful Pom Pom.  I’ve had lunch with Rubee and oh and now back home.  Alfie has gone for a lay down.  Chive I need to get my garden sorted the hedge is overgrown and needs some tlc.
