    So true.
We have just had some sad news,  an ex work colleague has died suddenly.  Complications from Chemotherapy apparently.  Makes me even more grateful I never needed it.

@Allotment Boy thoughts to you and your coworkers. Chemo really can be horrible on the body and in some cases even bring worse symptoms than the cancer itself. Sending you strength.

Started to clear up the area where i plan to do a border this afternoon. Still got some very heavy planters to move that my Mum made last summer. Then i can start the dig. Very excited to get it sorted.

I hooe everyohe has a restful evening and stays warm.

    Evening.

Sad news @Allotment Boy - brings forth all sorts of emotions doesn’t it.

@Hostafan1 - I hope that form is all done and that you get a positive result. I remember doing a similar form for my FIL as MIL was too upset to go through it all.

Watching more on the Chauvin trial, but will be watching a new psychological thriller on itv at 9pm. Have a good evening all.

Cant watch the Chauvin trial ... it makes me too sad and angry. I’m following it in the written word and that’s enough.

    @Allotment Boy 😞

Snuggling down now ... I’ve been well-rubbed with Deep Heat. Night night all. 😴

    Back from town.

Stitches are out and all’s well. 😃. I’d still like to wash my hair, but need to wait a couple of days. The trouble was that when I was laying back to have my head scanned, the blood was running down the back of my head and down my neck. The blood then dried and I’d really like to wash the remants out. 🙄

    never mind. I’ll survive.

It looks worse than it feels.

Sorry if I put you off your breakfasts. 😁

  • Morning @Pat E -- glad you're on the way to recovery ! @Dovefromabove hope the sciatica has eased at least a little overnight.
Kindness is always the right choice.
  • Morning @Pat E

I can understand your frustration at not being able to wash it, but it is healing nicely, and looks good, if you know what I mean.  ;)

The early birdsong keeps waking me up, lovely to hear but I could do with an extra half hour's sleep really. Nice morning though and I have got a list of gardening jobs to do so an early start won't hurt. I'll have time for a bike ride too. :)

Hope your deep heat was effective @Dovefromabove and you slept well.

I'll check out the news now, and hopefully there will be something on there other than stories about the DofE, bless him.  :/
