Sorted one of the kitchen cupboards while looking for a particular pan, which was right at the back. 🤦🏻♀️ Sun is shining now and quite warm outside. Have trimmed a couple of shrubs, garden bin is being collected tomorrow so that's now full. Lunch time in a bit. @Ladybird4 looking forward to Unforgotten tonight after last weeks ending! Just one spoiler LB, did Steve Arnott appear more last night. I recorded Midsummer last night too. Goodness @Songbird-1 have you been in your new home that long already. Time does fly by.
He did SGL. He has the sort of eyes you could dive right in to. Now we haven't got Poldark to dribble over, Steve Arnott has gone to the top of my list.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
I've just put the kiss of death on the sunshine. Got the wet things out of Lily's TV onto the whirly thing in the garden and the skies have gone very dak indeed. The wind has also dropped. It's a conspiracy I tell you!

Aww, that's good LB, yes we need some eye candy 😉 Besides that he's the best one in it 🤗 We're also watching all the series of Luther again, that's really good if you haven't seen it before LB. Sorry your sun has disappeared, hope it comes back soon.
Afternoon All, Hazel Glad you got what you needed and the village was quiet, best send some of the breeze to help LB with the wet things 🌬 Lovely to hear your Dahlias are growing well, but sorry to hear the news of your Australian cousins OH, how terrible to lose both of his parents in such a short amount of time. Nothing could prepare you for that. SGL I’ve not watched any of these series, but starting to think I’m seriously missing out here! RosieBB What a nice treat for your dad, he’ll enjoy the Guinness. Pushkin sounds adorable lovely name, but Alfie probably wouldn’t want to have him come in to visit 😾 Have a nice afternoon everyone.
Just come in for a spot of lunch. Anybody else still on GMT? Didn't wake up till 9am this morning 🤭
Itùs q gorgeous dqy out there ) lovely qnd ,ild::::
Oooh err missus - what happened there? Keyboard suddenly turned itself into a French one. Actually typed:
It's a lovely day out there (lovely and mild).
Grass cut (very high cut) and edged and new compost bin started with mixture of clippings, autumn leaves and shredded paper. Took forever - first cut always does. Will have an hour or so's planting this afternoon and a cup of tea outside.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Hi folks, Lovely and sunny here. Haven't done much, just popped to Sainsbury's with Bestie to pick up a couple of Easter eggs for the girls and treated myself to some hot cross buns. Been in the garden to decide where to plant the foxgloves and deadheaded some daffodils. Didn't have a very good night last night so I'm taking it easy today. Just watching an old episode of Morse.
Afternoon everyone. I have finished in the garden for today. Done all the potting on I wanted to do today and now I've a load of pots that I need to wash, ready for their next occupants. My paeonies are showing in the garden. I have never had a flower - ever - despite following all the instructions. I think I need to bite the bullet and move them if I get nothing this season.
SGL, I watched all the Luther programmes - really enjoyed them. Idris Elba is excellent in that role.
Hazel that is desperately sad new about your cousin's in laws. I'm assuming, maybe wrongly, that they all lived in Australia too? Being half a world apart would make it even more sad.
T'Bird, that definitely looked like one of Lily's messages to her Rezzer friends! I can recommend a herd of guinea pigs for keeping a lawn neat and tidy.

Dwarf tomatoes and peppers for the kitchen, large tomato plant for the bedroom (gets loads of sun), mini sunflowers and Gazanias for inside, night scented stock for outside and morning glory for outside! Once the propogators are free I'll sow dahlias, basil, mint and parsley too.

Think I might have preferred a drop of the black stuff instead

I'm knackered now! Hope all are okay.
