Watching it live and good so far, especially the various prairie garden styles, but  Monstera Man - way too long....................
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Agree re: monstera man.  I really like Frances and Arit. Suspect Frances is a natural introvert so wonder how she copes with presenting.

I'm not usually a fan of the viewers' gardens clips but I enjoyed seeing the NZ lady's garden today.

Not for me tonight and not because it wasn't Monty. Found the program rather stilted and rather awkward, didn't show wakehurst off for what must be a fantastic garden. I did watch the whole program as always but wouldn't watch it again

A waste of one hour, so disappointing.
  • I really like how Arit and Frances come across but it lacked energy tonight. But also don't know how I missed looking in the walled garden at Wakehurst in my past three visits...clearly didn't read the map closely enough 🤣

I really can't imagine giving up a bedroom for a monoculture of monstera. But hey, horses for courses.

I thought the show was really good tonight. I hardly fast-forwarded past any of it
  • I discovered one new must-have plant. Pycnanthemum muticum: silvery bracts, long flowering season, aromatic, popular with insects, and apparently unfussy.
