My lovely Mum (and handsome Dad), first MoD without her. Finally, after C restrictions she's has been laid on top of Dad - as she always wanted...lol. ...he always termed her an earthy woman, that's why I married her!!
Sounds like an arduous but rewarding task @Dovefromabove. Good luck.
Quite wet here at the moment, I'm in town after the school run waiting for the post office to open. Charlie opened a bank account last week and they said we'd get an email notification to confirm it. So far, nothing! Very annoying having to chase it up, the queue for the PO is always long, and outside too as they only allow 2 people in at a time, not fun in the rain. We already spent an hour in there last week.
I need to get some seed compost too but they don't open until 9 either. I don't like this hanging around, very frustrating.
Sorry, that's my Monday morning grump over, I'll try harder to cheer up, more coffee I think is required. ☕☕☕

Morning all, after in @Pat E Coffee here @D0rdogne_Damsel! ☕☕☕ Good morning @Dovefromabove and @Latimer. Lovely pictures @sam bevington 🤗 Spent yesterday pricking out seedlings 🌱 Moved a couple of ornamental grasses and an Abelia into my main boarder. One more day of doing brother wombles job then I have to get back to my gardening round tomorrow. He's made good improvements and I can't neglect my customers any longer. Second coffee going down nicely here and the sun is trying to come out.
Morning all. Just nipped out in myPJ's to refill the bird feeders yet again, they are getting through sn awful lot suddenly. It looks and feels quite nice out there, the wind has dropped and there's sunshine so I'd better get cracking Lunch sounded just gorgeous @Busy-Lizzie and I admire your stamina @AuntyRach and @Biglad.
@Busy-Lizzie, no, it's been 12 months since Mum's funeral but because of Covid restrictions we have only just had her internment and laid her to rest on top of Dad. To the tune of 'Love is a many splendid thing' - she always thought that Dad looked like William Holden, her heartthrob ❣

@sam bevington have you just been to your Mum's funeral? You sound upset, sending hugs.
Good news @D0rdogne_Damsel, hope the side effects are mild. OH is going for his today in North Suffolk.
Builders were bang on time.
