    Hi all

Supposed to be warm today, but haven't checked yet.
I love Top Gear with the current presenters @Hostafan1, as you say, it is just juvenile fun.

I thought the "Dad's car" episode was really moving.
Maybe because they all had such fond memories of their Dad. Mine hated me and I was terrified of him.

Glad you said that @Hostafan1, I was really quite moved by that piece, but as you say, it brought into focus my relationship with Dad, which was not anything like their experiences.

Morning all - just bagged a couple of tickets to visit Wisley in a few weeks time ..... feel like I have won the lottery 🤣🤣🤣

Never been to Ardnamurchan Point, but did grow up in a village overlooking Southampton Water, so the sound of foghorns always takes me back to the early mornings of my childhood ....I find them a very comforting sound.

Love the progress you are making in your garden @Busy-Lizzie ......its looking so good 😊

    Scary snakes 🐍.......😳😳😱

Going to get out there today and spread some muck on the veg beds, and make a second sowing of sweet peas.  Sowing late last year got me flowers til September, so have deliberately staggered them this year.

4 tonnes of mulch will be dumped on the driveway this Wednesday- so that will keep me busy for the forseeable 😜

Lots of photos please @chicky and @Hostafan1  I used to get to Wisley once a year on my way to or from Chelsea but that hasn't happened since 2016 and is unlikely to happen for another year or two.  Would love to visit Rosemoor but it's way off my beaten track when in the UK.

I might be stretching " local " but it's 2 mins from our nearest Lidl.

Bedroom dusted polished and vacuumed and bedding changed. The bits of the bathroom that are my responsibility have been done (OH does the shower and the floor). Now I’ve stopped for Popmaster and a ☕️ then I’ll give the sitting room a quick going over and then go outside 😎 We have plans to visit the GC towards the end of the day for much needed compost supplies.  Fortunately Lola has a capacious boot 👍
