I bought it in Belgium when it was on offer.  I do have 3 other peelers so why he keeps going for the red one I do not know.  Growing some beef toms this year.  Maybe they'll need peeling for a salad like panzanella.
The main thing is that it has a very finely serrated edge which is great for peeling soft fruit such as peaches when I can't get nectarines. Don't like furry skins.
If you clear a large patch of ground , don't leave seedlings for plants that you don't particularly like because they're better than nothing. They're not!
DON'T plant Centaurea Montana (Jordy, in my case) too close to your agapanthus without realising that it can become a bit thuggish... just tried digging it all out, and I'm sure I've damaged some of the agapanthus roots... *sigh*
Don’t go overboard with sowing seeds indoors. They will need pricking out and before long your rooms will be taken over by little pots on every available surface (rather than the neat couple of windowsills you started out with).
Don't leave a rake lying on the floor, not for the previously mentioned reason of getting a comical rake to the face but because the tine will go straight through the sole of your welly and narrowly miss going through the sole of your foot!!
(I'm more irritated that my welly now has a hole in it!!)
