@Papi Jo, l have found the label, it is Astrantia major "Sparkling Stars Pink".
Thanks, @AnniD I've just ordered 3 specimens of Astrantia major 'Shaggy', which should look similar. I know it's not the ideal time of year for planting them, but was too impatient to wait!
@purplerallim yeah, I know, it's about the journey not the destination 😊 lack of knowledge + impatience + low budget = frustration this year though. I'm learning to live vicariously through this thread! 😀
All that rain in May made everything grow like crazy, including all the weeds. I hurt my back last week so I can't even get in to it to pull the weeds out. I don't know about tropical, more jungle. I might need a machete. 5th June, Wisteria on pergola doing well.
9th June, wisteria going over, giant yellow scabious starting to flower. Forgetmenots had it.
13th June, scabious opening up, cornus kousa chinensis in background opening bracts, the garden is turning yellow from its purple phase.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I love your photo of the window and the pot plants @didyw, I would have that as a picture on my wall!
I bought these in the sale last December and am quite pleased with them, never having grown alliums successfully in a pot before, Ostara:
