Aquilegia are one of my favourite flowers @D0rdogne_Damsel mine are nearly ready to flower, but most of mine are the wild type.

This has appeared in the grass verge opposite the house, is it wild garlic?

I discovered semiaquiligea, which I didn't know was a thing. Neither are weeds to me.

Not sure, but looks like Three-Cornered Leek, Allium triquetrum. Edible but terribly invasive. See https://www.wildfooduk.com/edible-wild-plants/three-cornered-leek/

I think @Papi Jo is right. Pick a few and smell the sap .., it’ll smell of garlic. We have it in our garden.

Hadn't seen this thread. Here is an early morning picture taken a couple of weeks ago at the start of my gardening adventure.

Hi @Elfer and welcome to this Garden Gallery discussion! great photo: a brand-new (double-wheeled) wheelbarrow, a brand-new day, a brand-new garden. All looks quite promising!

Looking at the link @Papi Jo it's an invasive species,  illegal to plant, but it does not say if it needs removing from the wild if found.🤔

@Elfer I love your wheelbarrow. We only get basic builder’s barrows over here so I’m very jealous! I agree, that deep blue aquilegia is gorgeous @D0rdogne_Damsel
