Hello @Pam285, thank you very much If you mean maintenance in terms of access, there are paving stones dotted around through the beds. Some have pots on them so that any gaps are filled in.
Not a great summer for the garden for me , I haven't been able to prevent the wind and rain flatting to many plants . I bought a load of steel rods for more plant supports but its probably to late for many this year.
This monster Echinops need moving to the back garden it far to big for its situation its around 7ft tall, I'll see if it can take on the Eupatorium which is squashing all of its neighbours .
