That sniffing was really annoying. Couldn't someone have passed her a tissue?
Is it necessary to sniff in order to snivel?

Just Googled. Apparently you do. A perfect example.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

At least someone has the decency to resign.

Only resigned because she was caught, not because of what she had done.

I'm cheerful that even the most stupid, blinkered , dyed in the wool Tory supporters must accept that Bojo and his other clowns are all liars and cowards.

I suspect they have known and acknowledged that for a long time.  What is required now is to find a replacement for Bojo who isn't also terminally tainted.

RTBC - Our Co-op has started discounting items in store for members.  I only heard about it today, but apparently our local store started it a couple of weeks ago.  Some items will have a second, different coloured label showing the member price.  The grocery variant of the Go Outdoors pricing system.

Bojo the clown was found by the courts to have broken the law 72 times in awarding contracts worth £billions of tax payers' money,  and he's still there.

I’m cheerful because we caught a break in the weather, headed down to Sidmouth and had nearly two hours bracing walk by the sea, in glorious sunshine. Really feel better for that! And it started raining just after we got home.
Makes up for not doing any house jobs today, although I’ve identified several more that need doing. Just to add to our guilt list!

I thought this was supposed to be the cheerful thread?

I'm cheerful (am I the only one?) because I had a rather good though tough massage this morning. My shoulder is protesting quietly so I am taking it easy (again!) with my laptop, a cup of tea and a choccy biscuit
Excellent Lizzie. I hope your protesting shoulder is better tomorrow and what a lovely way to spend a winter afternoon.
