@Hostafan1 there are already rules about having different quotes for bidding for projects and supply contracts and also transparency about contracts when given. This lot have ridden rough shod over those rules and, indeed, a judge has today ruled that they've broken transparency rules.
@B3 I suspect NASA may have had more financial scrutiny and maybe a fixed budget for widgets and so on.

Even is lessons are learnt, how long will be before there are complaints about PPE stockpiles being thrown away because they have passed their 'use by' date. I didn't realise items of clothing would have a 'use by' date but apparently PPE does, although maybe that only applies to masks and their filters which would make sense.
Perhaps the people in NASA didn't have so many school chums😒
I'd guess they're better at fact checking before proceeding and certainly more interested in FACTS and SCIENCE than Bojo.
