Remembrance Day Stock Photos And Images - 123RF
Good morning Ante and later arrivals. I notice that it is raining again outside and the wind is blowing a hooley. Still, it is November and it could be worse. I heard on the Beeb that people are already decorating for that festive season next month.

Good morning everyone .Ante I am pleased that you have found a new hairdresser .I am cutting my own since lockdown . I buy my pet food in bulk ,it’s cheaper and there is no need to go shopping for it .Enjoy your day and take care .

PS - Glad you’re sorted out with a hair appt Ante - shame about the attitude of your old hairdresser but maybe (s)he needs to be super careful.

Morning Ruby and T'Bird. Ruby, I don't think I would dare cut my own hair - well apart from my fringe. T'Bird, once your workmen are done you can have the luxury of a long lie in every morning. How is the work going? I remember when I had my windows done, the workmen were incredibly quick, neat and tidy so I hope that is your experience.

Good morning all. Dry here and a very pretty pink lilac and pink sky. Why is it that colours that would clash anywhere else can look so perfect in nature?
Ante I sympathise my hairdresser has COVID and won’t be working again this year apparently. Seems a little extreme as we are only in November but it’s her choice. I need to find a new one. I have short fine hair so I really need a good cut.
Floor man is finishing today I hope and l cannot wait. I see that I am not alone in hating workmen underfoot and I hope others on here soon see the end of it.
Fiancé has heard that he will be furloughed and won’t be doing takeaway food apparently it’s not financially viable but he is planning to go in every week for 2 days cleaning which will help him mentally I think, he gets bored very easily and then very unmotivated.
Off to work in a bit things seem calm at the moment so we will see.
    Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning Debs. Sorry to hear about your fiancé's furlough situation. You need to find him a list of jobs to do in the house/on the allotment (weather permitting) to help fill his time.

LB the problem is motivating him, he is not in any way lazy but he needs company when he is working and so often I get in from work and he has achieved nothing. I always “get on” better alone so it’s hard for me to understand. Nothing I like better than a day to myself in the garden or house to really sort stuff out but we are all different. The plan is for him to go into work to clean on the two days I work full time then hoping we can really achieve a lot at the weekends and on my days off. It’s only a short time hopefully then life can get back to normal. Well the new normal anyway.

Good Morning All, I’ve been up ages honest!
Ante Great to year that all of your pupils are back in class now, hope the day goes well for you,
LB Your weather sounds frightful today hope you don’t need to venture outside. I’ve seen a few dec’s going up locally, I’m not tempted to do that myself,
Debs Sorry to hear your fiancée is facing furlough again so soon, I’m the same I like to be on my own to get on with things,
Rubee I hope you are both taking it easy and getting some rest,
Tbird Hope all goes well with the installation today, tea & biscuits on hand,
Hazel I bet the paving does look better for that jet clean, it’s surprising what a difference it can make. Good luck with the haircut!
Thank you Lily, I was eating my mistakes so have had a good sample 😋
    Have a nice day everyone.
