    Hazel Did you get some more glasses? We always end up with odd amounts of plates, cups & glasses,

    Rosie sorry you wasn’t able to get a doctors appointment today, hope you can get one soon can you call them early to see if there is one on the day?,

    Biglad I can only echo what the others have said, nothing cold in your sentiments it’s all so personal and grief effects us in very different ways, I’m very sorry to hear of your own experiences,

    A very good morning to one and all. Oh my goodness Ante, that is a monster haul of potatoes and they look so good! I am SO pleased that you managed to get them all harvested and bagged up before the rain began. Absolutely wonderful.

    SGL, you can definitely have a point for 'sheep'!
    It looks like we will have to get all our cold weather clothing out of storage now. The warnings are for much cooler times. I've got to go to the car showroom today to get my number plate altered on my car. Then I will have the fun job of contacting the insurance company to make said alteration. I will ring them rather than try and access their wonky website.
    Sorry that you won't be able to visit your Mum Hazel but its good to hear that she is doing well. I, too, hope that your SIL feels better soon.
