I don't think the flat shoes helped her, to be honest. Back in the day, Jill Halfpenny danced her jive in heels. But l am no expert !
Can l also say that l'm not missing Bruno at all , sorry.

@AnniD I'm with you on Bruno his little slots on a Sunday night are terrible, seemed the perfect moment to quietly put him out to grass

Perhaps Clara had gone as far as she could in the competition
I think Brono’s slot is a waste of time , agree good time for a change , bring Anton back as Judge no. 4

Clara had 2 bad weeks on the run and even tho her dance-off performance was better it wasn't good enough.

The Oik danced well but his facile comments in the week and after his performance on Saturday showed he has no understanding of tango and rather a disdain for what is arguably the most demanding of the ballroom dances - style, technique, figures and stamina.   I don't think they will have endeared him to voting fans of Strictly.

I don't miss Bruno at all and find his slot on Sundays irritating but expect he's under contract still.  Let's hope it's not renewed.

I love Bruno, it’s Otsi’s inanities that drive me up the wall.

Does anyone else play Strictly Bingo: musicality, en point, upper body, upped their game, incredibly difficult to separate you, armology, copples, ...

I also wonder if half the nation is shouting at the TV screen as they announce who is and isn’t in the dance off ‘Get on with it’ or something rather more industrial.

I’ve not seen him on anything other than Strictly but I’ve not seen anything objectionable. Not necessarily my type, (blonds aren’t usually my thing 😉) but he seems to be a fairly hard working entrepreneur following in his family’s footsteps.
    What’ve I missed?

It Takes Two appearances?  Interviews, background story etc leading into Strictly performances?   He's loud, non too subtle and a rather full of himself.  Maybe fun in small doses but, to me, not a sympathetic or empathetic chappy.

  •  :/  haven’t seen any of that stuff ... but even so I’m not sure that deserves the term ‘oik’ ... that term’s considered pretty offensive nowadays and in my experience tends to be used by people in their cups (often at hunt meets and the like) and with more money than sense,  about people they consider their inferiors ... as if 🙄
