Chive - I need one of those brollies too. Seem to find it impossible to tackle painting and staining jobs without being blathered within 10 minutes of starting. OH is one of those who remains super clean and tidy throughout (not that he does much...) - bet his socks never fell down at school either🤨
Think I may tackle another hedge today. Garden bin collection on Thursday so would be good to fill it.

Afties all. Chive, that picture is priceless I can see all DIY Rezzers adopting that. My new car should be here mid month according to showroom but I'm not holding my breath. It might get here for my birthday! I'm not particularly bothered but I'd prefer to keep the petrol in this car low if possible. Thats just reminded me, I need to get all my bits and bobs out of the car - especially my glow-in-the-dark bat, given to me by my great nephew. He had heard how bats are lucky in China. As supposed carriers of Covid19 perhaps they aren't any more but the bat has been in my car for 2 years now so it can't be all bad.

Lily I hope you sleep through tonight and make up for the lost sleep. Hello Chive you’ve done well getting the work done. Are you ready for returning to school? LB the car will come soon enough and you can enjoy the upgrade. I’ve been tidying and rearranging. Still lots to do but looking better.
SGL, you are one day early. My birthday is on THE day. Its been nice here today. I've pulled a lot of rhubarb - definitely the last of this year as I need to leave the big clumps to over winter successfully. Normally I have stopped picking by now but it put on a lot of growth quite late. I've also gathered a lot of my blackberries. There are still a lot of red ones to ripen yet.
