Afternoon. A warm and sunny day - forecast to be rather different tomorrow! SM this morning & I'm now about to go and harvest another bowl of raspberries. We have a real glut of the lovely things at the moment - plenty to eat, share and freeze and there are only 4 canes. Always makes me smile when I see novices talking about planting 20 canes - they'll be rivalling Tiptrees.

Lily - sorry you're struggling with insomnia. I had a couple of phases when I completely lost my sleep pattern due to illness. My GP was very sympathetic and (after prompting from me) was willing to prescribe a very short (4 or 5 nights) course of sleeping tablets. Just enough to get me back into a normal sleeping routine.

Might be worth considering - you can't really function when you're very tired - and it's not good for your physical health.

Afties all. Hello to all the later arrivals I haven't had chance to greet today. I had a lovely lunch with my brother. Very chilled out and lots of natter. Its been glorious today - had Lily's TV on when I got home.
Ante, I hope that you survived the dreaded shopping yesterday. If you haven't shown up by tomorrow morning we might have to send out the search parties! T'Bird. I feel tempted to get some raspberries canes now as I thought I would need at least a dozen for a good crop. What variety do you have please?
Hazel, it seems like you had a lovely time with the birthday boy!. I can feel your happiness in the post. Who would have thought it - 3 whole years old. Doesn't seem so long since you were telling us of his arrival. Magic!

    Good Evening to all.
I'm survived, barely. The worst part is to try clothes😨. The traffic I'll not comment, because i don't have even one nice word for it.

LB, shopping day was today. I'm glad that you had another nice lunch with brother.

Happy Birthday to 23! Seems that you had a very nice time Hazel. You deserve it!

I also dropped by to GC and bought some bio fertilizer and some more seeds. I also bought new closet for coats and umbrellas for my entrance. It fit to my car so I brought it home immediately. He came without instructions so I have a jigsaw to resolve tomorrow.

I hope that all you others had a nice day.

    Morning all!

Very rainy here. The bedroom ceiling is leaking AGAIN.

Will shortly be making a call to the estate agent..
