Morning Chey. Good to see you. You have had ongoing problems with that ceiling haven't you. Its time that your agent got that sorted especially as you have severe health issues.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Good morning LB, Chey and Ante and all to follow. Lily I hope you slept. I slept again after reading I’m quite surprised but thankful. LB It’s a very wet day here today As well after yesterday’s sunshine. Ante hope the closet isn’t too difficult, good luck.
Morning everyone .Chey sorry to hear that youhave problems with your ceiling again . LB we have rain ,getting sick of it . Ante enjoy your closet building .Good that you slept Rosie.
Morning all - it’s a bit wild out there - definitely an indoor day.
Good luck with the DIY Ante. Will you need to grow extra hands and arms to hold it all together while you use the screwdriver?
Hazel - sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday.
LB - glad you had a good lunch yesterday. We’re off to the pub in the next village tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
You asked about raspberries. The variety I grow is Polka. They’re an autumn fruiter so easy to look after - just cut them to the ground in winter. They produce lots of very tasty fruit from July onwards. I have 4 plants about 2’ apart. Each throws up about 10 canes. July to mid August and early Sept to end of Oct I can pick a small handful of berries most days - just enough to have with ice cream or on top of cereal. Mid August to early Sept I’m picking a cereal bowl full at a time. Yum!
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Hello to all later arrivals. T'Bird, thank you very much for the raspberry info. Time for research now. Its not like I can do much else thanks to Francis! Hazel, sorry about the tooth problem. I hope that it can be filled rather than extracted. Love the sound of your footy fanatic step grand-daughter. Go girl!

Morning everyone, Absolutely pouring down here and rather chilly. Ante you can have my rain too. I slept through till 7.30ish, thank goodness. Still feel tired though, but coming to slowly. Rosie glad had a good night's too. Chey, I'd phone the agency soon, need to get the ceiling sorted before the really awful weather starts. Hazel take care in this awful weather, its supposed to get worse later. Take care everyone.
Hazel OH is still using his treadmill but sometimes requires a little encouragement . I am still doing a lot of gardening . A little garden with lots of plants needs taming often .
It's time for short break and start prepare lunch. I have a lot of tomatoes, so yesterday I made salsa with loads of basil and other herbs. It will go nicely with fry courgettes and cheese. I try to eat light food. Closet shouldn't be complicated to build up but without instructions and bag filled with all kinds of screws, nuts and nails is PITA.
Hazel, sorry to hear that you have tooth problem again. I can really use all your and SGL rain now.
Take care all of you, especially with bad weather.

First tea then battle with closet. It's better outside and I slept well. Still not even one drop of rain.
Have a nice day and see you later.
