Green Tomatoes - again . . .

Green tomato chutney I know about. How about some cooking suggestions (or usage suggestions) for green tomatoes other than chutney or pickles ? Any good, tried and trusted, family recipes out there ?

my tomatoes were getting split skins when i was letting them get totally red on the vine. I started having better luck picking them when they were still orange and letting them turn red indoors.
