It looks really lovely Rubee, sorry I didn’t see the photo before now it’s appeared. Ours is made of a resin too, so it could be done the same way, thank you very much 🙂

Your fountain is beautiful Chive , I hope that you can get some replacement panels for it .But if you can’t it’s an idea to adapt  it for planting .

    Good evening to all.
Debs, wonderful news. I'm so happy for you and your fiance.

I'll be happy to have your temperature here. Today was 39℃. I'm like fountain but feeling much better than few days ago.
How are you all handling with heatwave?

Lovely to see you Ante pleased to hear you’re feeling better. Feels like I'm melting, but 39° must be unbearable 🥵
Rubee thank you, I hope I can get it working as it was a gift to us some years ago, but if not I love the idea of making a planter.

Ruby, that is a lovely use for your old fountain. My back thinks taller planters are a good idea! Chive, do the birds go in your fountain? Its very sweet. Good to see you Ante. I think I would just be a puddle on the ground at that temperature! I had the fan on all night last night and I can see a repeat performance tonight. Despite the rain, its a real sticky heat.

Evening LB we have a couple of pigeons that toddle across the garden and have a drink. Very occasionally the smaller birds do, but it’s proximity to the house makes them nervous. There’s more of a breeze blowing now and it’s a comfortable temperature outside, hope you won’t be sweltering tonight.

The rain seems to have lifted the atmosphere somewhat and it is slightly more bearable. I still reckon the fan will go on Chive. Ooh I meant to say, my chives are looking good. I'll take a picture tomorrow.
