There are some pet owners in our neighbourhood that have two cats of which they call them house cats.. They’re responsible cat owners and don’t allow their cats to roam around fouling and destroying other people’s garden and leaving their disgusting foul heath risks deposits all over the place..

They have cat litter trays in their house and they allow their cats to play out in their own garden without wandering off into other gardens.. The cats are on long leads and the leads are clipped to the washing line.. They can move freely around their garden and deposit their foul in their own garden too.. Now I call that being responsible.. The cats are well looked after and seem to enjoy it..

But for those cat owners who may disagree and say cats should be free to roam around and deposit their disgusting smelly foul all over the place well they’re just displaying a negative and irresponsible attitude.. It is a known fact that cat foul is toxic and a health risk to children and others.. Also why should we have to put up with other people’s pests spreading their disease and health risks around our gardens etc..

Smoking became anti social so too as dog fouling being left about.. So now it’s time to make cat fouling anti social..

I never found they worked. Nothing does - apart from the scarecrow, and they're a problem as soon as there's a frost.
You have my sincere sympathy @jimbrown1953
If you wait long enough - some people will suggest you get a dog. Hilarious.
or a cat of your own!!!!!!!!
When we were over run with the new neighbours cat, that is exactly what our other neighbour did! We ended up with all of them relentlessly hunting in the wildlife garden and pissing and shitting on our food.

We have Lilly’s, Azaleas and Rhododendrons in the garden that are not good for cats... and soon we will have our little plastic pots with tea bags impregnated with Jeys Fluid inside them placed  around the garden..So hopefully soon we’ll have a clean fresh garden and free from disgusting foul smelling Ferrell cats hazardous waste.. Also undamaged plants that were destroyed by the Ferrell vermin..

Go back to watering the garden paths or where the cats enter with diluted urine, doesn't need to be strong enough to make the garden smell, it does work, need to redo after rain.
  • I know what your going through attitude with cat lovers is disgusting, I like cats hate cat owners that just expect people to put up with it . A new neighbor moved in across the road who as a barred cat not long after moving in I saw it leaving it's mess in my garden I quickly put it on a shovel and took it to her , I said it was her cat she agreed it was but said it's not her problem so I dumped the mess on her doorstep and every time I see her cat doing it I do the same thing again .

Good for you! I don't blame you, I like cats too but hate the attitude of the owners.

I feel exactly the same. Trying to reason with them is pointless. It amazes me someone would want bad relations with a neighbour (particularly in an age where neighbour disputes can quickly get out of hand) - when it ought to be totally obvious nobody is going to welcome their pet defecating all over their property.

Excellent and hopefully she will get the message.. Let her have the disgusting stuff.. I don’t hate cats either.. I just hate that cat owners don’t mind or bother that their cats are causing damage and health hazards in other people’s garden.. and with the attitude of oh well it’s not my problem..
Well it is their problem and it’s their cats disgusting smelly fouling waste.. So if a cat owner says my cat is smelling of Jeys Fluid then that isn’t my problem either.. The simple remedy for the cat fouling and cat smelling of Jeys Fluid... is keep your cat indoors or on a lead in your garden so it can deposit it’s disgusting smelly hazardous waste for you to clean up.. and it won’t come back smelling of Jeys Fluid either..
