Good morning. Our forecast says no rain for the next 10 days and temps will get to the mid 20s by the middle of next week but not climb to heatwave proportions.  I can feel another seep hose purchase coming on.  It might be safe to take the protective cover off our table and think about fixing the umbrella support.
Cool and a bit grey and breezy at the mo tho so I shall finish fixing the panels inside the hen house and set up nesting boxes and then carry on sorting out the potting shed.  Roses to dead head and snail traps to check.
Gorgeous clear skies @Pat E but suspect that means it's very cold. Â
Have a safe day everyone.  Definitely a stay at home day here.
Morning all/afties Pat. Grand wee bit of snow. Murky here and more rain forecast for later. Standard stuff for daughter's birthday  Rain eventually went off yesterday evening, and everything is fairly soggy. I can pipe some down to you @Allotment Boy. No shortage here. I'd better go and empty the 'crate' too - I can send you the contents of that too @Allotment Boy... How are the aches and pains @Obelixx ? Glad things are going well @D0rdogne_Damsel. TV star as well eh? You won't want to hob nob with use plebs thenÂ
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Thanks @floralies.  I shall wait and see now cos I'll need a new bed. Assuming OH doesn't break his strimmer again I might get one this side of autumn but priority will go to all the treasures I have lurking in pots and then salvias can go in the gaps.
Missed your post @D0rdogne_Damsel as we must have posted at the same time. Glad it's going well.  Where do you get your clotted cream?
It has turned windy here. Might have to change from shorts to trousers again.
Morning all. Â Great scenes @Pat E. Â Was going to ask whether there are online nurseries in France @Obelixx ....but Floralies has answered that question for me đ. Â I have given up buying all but impulse buy plants from the GCs here. Â If I want anything specific (particularly a named variety) I always go online. Â Most of the nurseries I have used do excellent plants mail order. Â
Going to take cuttings from my new Amistad - donât expect it to survive the winter here.
Grey here, but no rain.  Off to visit an NGS garden later.  Think it might be one of @steephill âs neighbours đ€

Looks like we've had a fair bit of rain overnight and still raining now.Â
The umbrella has been brought in from the terrace đÂ
