    As I said on Forkers earlier @AnniD - ar**holes.
Same as the ones who park in disabled spaces, on double yellows, zig zags outside schools....and the list goes on and on.... :/

Hope the morons get into trouble on the ocean and the lifeboat can't launch.

Round here they put signs on handicapped parking spaces "If you take my space, take my handicap too" and it seems to work.   I don't understand anyone, especially a local, taking spots reserved for lifeboat crew.   Just baffling.

There’s a very big difference from Plymouth Devon to St Ives Cornwall.
you should see how they've been behaving down at the Barbican, like animals, the mess they leave is foul and disgusting.

I'm dreading going back to the hills. Never thought I'd say that.
What's happening in our glens just now is beyond hideous. There was an item on our news last night.

I wish all these people would go back to work, and then stick to holidaying in bl**dy Blackpool or Benidorm or whatever trashy place they normally go. They don't belong in the countryside, anywhere in this country.  :'(

They should hook the car to the lifeboat and then go ahead with launching.  The prat wouldn't park there twice.

there used to be a sign saying no parking in Bosham near Chichester and folk used to sit inthe pub across the road and watch the cars become submerged as the tide came in and laugh at folk when they came back

I am afraid too @chicky, I wonder what will have happened to the wild places, that I go to, because there are no signs that humans have been before. Will the magic have gone?

I've a feeling his car(d) might well be marked wherever he goes ... word gets around in coastal communities ... I don't fancy his chances of getting away with anything any more ... no more blind eyes turned to anything he gets up to ... all the emergency services will be keeping their eyes open for him and his vehicle.

  • First I moved to Cornwall.... then way up north to Orkney.... then to Ireland. But the same problems here. Litterbugs. There is a beauty spot in Kerry called the Conor Pass. The most awesome high views in Ireland. Someone went to the car park viewing area at the top and threw sacks of rubbish down the mountain . I seem to remember an appropriate dealing with that episode, This island is litter free... totally. Easier in a small place. Maybe get young or older offenders to do the clearing up..
