LB maybe it will be better weather tomorrow, sleep well.  Hazel I hope you enjoy the book.  Chive I’m just having a read through res before bed and having a cup of tea.  Night night, sweet dreams. Chey hope you’ve recovered from the injection.

Ante so sorry I missed your post earlier on lovely photos of your flowers and veg, enjoy this time with your sister.
LB yes the ground was much easier for digging after all the rain, you just need yours to stop long enough to get outside 🤞
Love the cats top & tailing for the night Rubee,
A successful trip to the GC Hazel, hope the haircut goes well tomorrow.
    Goodnight All.

    Good morning to all.
Very windy here and it's not hot anymore. I'll have all day for work in the garden. My sister will visit other relatives, so I'm free.

Hazel, you had successful day at GC. Nice plants choice you have.

LB, I'm looking forward to see GW tonight.

Good morning all. Grey here but dry, fiancé is off and planning a day out on his motorbike which is finally back on the road hope it does him good after a difficult few weeks.
I am at work this morning then hoping for some time in the garden.
This evening we are going to my sisters pub for a meal with friends. It will seem strange but we want to support them after the awful time they have had. So many small businesses are struggling. We wont stay late and it’s a little country pub so should be fine, I am not a Pub person usually so it will be a novelty.
Ante what a harvest! I got 7 strawberries last week and the rest have been eaten by mice but I did get some courgettes. Hoping to pick gooseberries next week to make jam.
    Happy Saturday everyone

Ante, you will enjoy GW later. Saying no more as I don't want to spoil it for you. Ruby I LOVE that picture of the cat dormitory! A productive day at the GC yesterday Hazel. Just been watching BBC interviews with hairdressers - some of whom have been open since midnight. My hairdresser has not been in touch with me yet but I'm not worried. It will happen in time. There is an awful lot of fuss being made about pubs and restaurants opening too. I suppose for many people it will be wonderful to feel as if they are getting back to some semblance of normality. I am not sure when we will be able to get back to our once a month quiz night though.

Morning Debs, you snuckered in there. Yes, it will be good for your fiancé to get out on his bike just for the fun of it rather than the delivery driving but I really hope that your weather is not like mine! This has got to be a record here. It rained ALL DAY yesterday and is still raining now. I'm expecting to have an underwater pond when I look later - IF I look later. I am sure that you will have a super time at your sister's pub with your friends.
