Morning Ruby and Chive. Well I'm all showered and dressed and ready for whatever today has got planned for me. Just like yesterday, the sun has now disappeared and the sky has turned from blue to grey. When I looked out of the landing window I saw 1 magpie and 3 jackdaws eating my neighbours bird food. I went to get my phone to take a picture but of course they had disappeared. I was going to caption a picture Corvid - 4! They were able to get to neighbours feeder because she has it right next to a fence. They don't get to mine thank goodness. I have sent for some squirrel/large bird proof seed feeders because the starlings empty the feeders within 2 days. They chuck most of it on the ground as they are very selective with what they eat and the ground looks a mess until the 'Ps' come in to glean. I'll be interested to see just how these feeders repel starlings.

Morning LB that was such a great picture opportunity never mind. It’s very gusty out, I’ve put my wet things on the whirlygigg πŸ€”Β

Hazel, there's a few things being mentioned this morning that Boris didn't last night.πŸ™„ πŸ€”Β
We've spoken to our neighbours at a distance,Β  which is lovely because otherwise we wouldn't talk to hardly any one otherwise.....apart from phone calls etc.....I thought that would be ok.....as no different from people being 2 metres apart in a shop or queue.Β

Β I find it rather strange that people can go out more to exercise, drive their car somewhere.... though what distance allowed he didn't say πŸ€·πŸΏβ€β™€οΈ people who can't work from home to go to work.....but I can't see my sons at a distance, apart from them dropping off essentials. I understand everyone still needs protecting, but there are some who will go out more often and for longer to parks etc now and we'll be back where we started.

Yes Hazel, our weeks aren't up until mid/late June. But Boris didn't mention people like us at all. He was very vague about everything really. And almost to the point of contradicting himself. People don't need to go out more often, especially if it puts everything back and we have another surge πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Even when the end of June arrives Hazel, I don't think I'll want to go far....if anywhere at all for awhile. I'm now too worried to go anywhere. Certainly not on a bus. πŸ™
Its very windy here too and so cold, we've got the heating on.

Afties all. My goodness but its cold today. Glad you got your walk in Hazel. I still haven't heard from the garage yet. I expect they will leave me until the end of the day - they close at 17:30 but will have other important jobs on so I'm not too bothered.
p.s. sorry Hazel, you weren't there when I posted. Love the poster SGL.
