    I suppose he spent the 'profits' on the garden bridge.
    I think his bright idea was to get the fire brigade to use them on rioters.  Them being used to hoses an all.

    Theresa may refused him permission to use them when she was still Home Secretary.  They were expensive, despite being second hand from Germany and then, being old, did not recoup their costs when sold.

    I do agree about impounding those cars and fining idiots who break lockdown regulations for social gatherings etc..
