    They open at the sides and the bottom so you open the cover and lay it flat on the bed, lay the duvet flat on top and then fold the cover back over it and do it up. ✅

    Just a small bit of one corner. I just use an empty cover when it gets really hot.😥

    Ah, dont we used to have a "normal" double, I think a 9 tog in winter a 4 in summer.  Then we got a king size on our double bed, because the 2 dogs sleep in the iddle and pull it off.Am sure you dont want to know about my hot flushes!!  Hubby says its like living with a slug, he hates the bedroom window open, so its the fan these days on max no 3, I tried puing a very thin duvet just over me, it didnt work, just fell off, looked so messy during the day.

    yeah, hoses that kink, we have 3 joined to reach the bottom of the garden, they either kink, or somehow one of the joiners gets stuck on something.

    I'm ,as ever still under my winter weight duvet and all the windows are closed. It's NOT hot, lol

    Today's gripe is that although there's a bumper crop of elder flowers this year, I have no bottles so can't make any cordial...
