    I know I shouldn't gripe about online food deliveries and I am very grateful for ours but I am amazed by some of the funny items we get - or don't get. This week I ordered shaving gel for OH, (11 varieties on offer), was told none available so didn't get any at all. Also ordered Sainsbury's own Mini Wheats breakfast cereal (and asked for no subs) but received 2 packets 'Lightly Salted Rice Crackers' instead. I'm not sure I want to eat these with milk and sultanas!Ā 

    I don't like to ring up and complain as I know they're doing their best, what's the etiquette here?Ā

    I did ring a few weeks ago because an item that cost Ā£5.00 was missing, I didnā€™t wait long on the phone and they gave the money back straight away.
    next week something cost 50p was missing so I left it.
    Doesn't the driver tell you the substitutes? Ā You can refuse them at the door then.Ā

    Number 2 daughter who did a stretch as Housekeeper in Hotel, said put it inside out I am a shorty with arthritic hands,wrists etc, and a king size heavy devil.Ā  You can buy duvet covers that do up down the sides but they are far more expensive.

    As king and double sized duvets are square how would side fastening help?
