Well that A&E nurse who has lost faith in humanity after Friday would probably not want to know that the bloke over the road was happily joining in while his A&E nurse wife was in work. :#  The main ring leader used to work as a paramedic too but I'm not sure if he still does. Plenty of care workers in the street too that were also joining in which will tell you a lot about the car home infection figures that are coming out. :|

The first person I saw around here breaking the 'no visitors' rule also works for the NHS.  Seems that a small minority of NHS staff, despite presumably seeing issues first hand, still think the rules don't apply to them.  In reality behaving no differently to idiots in other areas of society.

That lowlife who spat at those railworkers resulting in a woman's death from coronavirus should be caught and done for murder.

Totally agree with you @B3. I thought that earlier when I heard it on the news.

@philippa smith2 - where's that green boak emoji we used to have. We need it triple sized.... :#
I won't bore you with all the details, but I experienced a quite hideous bit of road rage when I took daughter to work. In short, the ar*ehole couple in the car behind me, clearly weren't happy that I wasn't driving like Lewis Hamilton while leaving the car park, and proceeded to behave like two 9 yr old boys, complete with V signs, middle finger etc.
If I could have taken their reg number I would have reported them when I got home, but they were practically in my effing car with me....

Why is it racist for someone to be angry about the Chinese wild animal trade starting this virus? :/

@wild edges - because some people see every other comment as racist, whether it is  or not.
They are 'takers of offence' where there is none to be taken.

Not like vegans to attempt to take the moral high ground given half the chance is it?

    Hi Everyone,

I saw that story on the Beeb ... and, as someone who follows a plant-based diet, I couldn't agree more with Bryan Adams.
I can't see how sticking up for animals is racist.

I'll get my tin hat on now ...

If everyone became vegan tomorrow, the following day billions of cows, pigs , sheep , goats , chickens etc etc would be slaughtered.
Reading between the lines, I suspect he was pissed off about his lost income more than bats in a market in China

This offence takers might want to hide in a bunker for a while if they're going to continue to defend China's policies on animal rights. It's bad enough now but a few more months of this and people are going to be asking some serious questions about how this is going to be prevented from happening again and wanting proper answers. No hiding behind name calling this time I'm afraid.
