I have tonic but no gin. Maybe I need to find someone who will trade so we can have pancakes tomorrow.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

@wild edges Yes - they had hundreds of lemons.  **** all else right enough..... :D

The gin makers are all making hand gel though...not sure that'll taste so good. If you can get any, of course...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

💡 Wouldn't it be good if they could make it dual purpose ??? 🍸🍋

And I have gin but no tonic...hmm.

Shame we’re on opposite sides of the country!

My girls came out in the garden with me in the sun and wind today, bit chilly but lovely to see them dancing and playing 🙂

My seeds have arrived. Good thing about not having a garden is that at least being stuck indoors means I can still get sowing and growing!

Got offered a dozen organic, free-range eggs from our neighbours, who I shopped for. Only took half, told them the very pregnant wife needed the protein!

Decided to crack open the stash of good champagne left over from a party last summer, if I’m going down I’m going down in style.

This may have been covered already, but one positive thing I am seeing is that people are waking up to the importance of local independent shops.

    - Less far to travel, smaller, fewer people so less risky
    - Often able to deliver locally, much faster than the supermarkets
    - Seem able to keep up with demand more readily (I haven't seen any of my local grocers looking totally depleted)
    - You're supporting an actual family in your neighbourhood, an employer who knows his staff and customers
    - Money is invested in your own neighbourhood, not siphoned off to shareholders
