It's ok @Dovefromabove - they're all extremely busy - fly tipping.....
I said to both my girls over a week ago, when the local tips were all closing, 'guess what all these people are going to do now?' I don't even have a crystal ball....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Re the comment about mindfulness earlier, l was reading an article yesterday about practising it in the shower. Apparently you have to be aware of the water on your skin, the scent of the shower gel or whatever, and just "be". I just stand there thinking (in no particular order) "FGS, wake up" "What day is it ?" "Bugger, that's not the shampoo" "Where's the ruddy towel ?"
I don't have time to fit in mindfulness as well....
Toddler has been crying for about an hour because he wants to play with the rake in the greenhouse and I can't make him understand what a monumentally bad idea that would be.
I thought the latest 'policy' was to allow children to learn through play.
I dont like these Americanisms but if it's a resurrected English word then fine, I'll accept that.
J vine is indeed an obnoxious man and doesn't he just love winding everyone up?
Also, I can't stand Zoe Ball and her silly childish behaviour plus 'claude' Winkleman (of the same ilk) but most of all Richie Anderson who seems to be taking over the Ken Bruce show with his strange pronunciations.
Still, there's always the off button. Think radio 2 has gone downhill on its attempts to lure a younger audience. As a child I remember the Jimmy Young show and his recipes, he was always on in our house.
That's a good moan I've had. Back to trying to make my own oatcakes.

A little girl up the street has a very fancy inflatable paddling pool set up in the garden now complete with slide and bubble machine. My boy has been paddling in an old horse feed bucket that I keep under the waterbutt tap to catch drips and playing with muddy plastic plant pots. I'm not sure who is learning what
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Although - if it's for a while, maybe it could be 'fur[a]long' time....
