I am eligible for both jags, and would like to have them asap.
Unfortunately, the archaic system in Scotland is that I have to wait until I get a letter through the post with an appointment. There is an online system, but that can only be used if the appointment you've been sent doesn't suit.
Crazy not to be using an online booking system like England.

We had already booked our flu jabs with our GP surgery. Got on the NHS.uk website this morning, and got us both booked in for our Covid jabs tomorrow afternoon.
Very quick and simple process. Just needed our NHS numbers (on any hospital letters etc ) and date of birth. I was offered a selection of local options - even given a list of facilities that I might need such as disabled parking, level access etc- and then a choice of dates and times.
I wouldn’t wait for an invitation letter, or try to combine it with a flu jab, as you may find that they’ll not even be offered at the same venue. If you are eligible, you should be able to book straight away on line. The sooner you book, the more choice of appointments will be available. The system only went live today.
I've just clicked on that link @B3 it's saying our little village chemist is doing them.....they're not. The nearest other ones showing are miles away in Kent or Croydon. I live in Sussex. 🤷♀️🤦🏻♀️
