    Some timely advice
Maybe you could post it on another thread as well so that members self isolating from this thread don't miss it😊

Saw a military helicopter going into the RUH yesterday, believe they are now helping to transport patients between hospitals. I think Cardiff has been hit hard so it may have come from there. Fortunately the Bath area doesn't seem too badly affected so far.

Sadly, violence and threatening behaviour is commonplace at the moment. I know of people working in several pharmacies, who say the staff are in tears several times a day.  They are not miracle workers.  We always used to say, the impossible we do at once, miracles take a little longer.  It is not possible to just pull in someone off the street and put them to work, either on the counter, or in the dispensary. Some pharmacies are receiving 40% more prescriptions than an average month. Doctors are not seeing patients, sending them to the Pharmacy. People demand to be seen at once, even though pharmacies are getting sod all support from the government, not enough money to pay for all the increased stock required, and  if the wholesalers are out of stock , then the staff cannot just magic it up. Please be patient, please be kind. Treat the staff how you would like your daughter to be treated.

Thanks @Fire. Managed to get  some flour today. Very strong Canadian. Not the one I would choose normally but it was all they had. It's surprising how different bread flours can be.

Different areas of London seem to have very different provision. We have no problem getting bread flour up by me. I'm hoping to have a mass brioche making session to give to friends and volunteers, for Easter. And I will be making regular bread - something I have been historically terrible at. Time to get in some good practice! Good Hollywood recipe here.
