    Good evening everyone.
Debs, sorry to hear about your fiance father. Really sad news.

It was a nice day. I managed to do some gardening this afternoon. The garden was full of rubbish after wind and hailstone two days ago.

Something awkward happened today. This morning meteor exploded above Croatia. It was  quite a bang. Meteor fragments have done some damage on buildings and cars in northern part of country.

Evening Ante. Goodness me, I bet that made people jump! How nice that you could get into the garden. Hopefully it will not be too long until we can ALL get out into our gardens. I'm getting stir crazy. I hate to think about what is happening to the poor plants in the bottom of my garden. Maybe I should convert it into a paddy field and grow rice!

Evening LB. It was a very unpleasant sound. I like your idea about rice paddy.😂

There is just one teeny weeny snag Ante. I think that I need to have warm weather too. Hmmm. A problem for sure. I'm going off now to watch Vera so I will say goodnight and sweet dreams to you all.

Night night.  I’m glad you got sorted LB and hope you get a good nights sleep.  Ante that sounds quite bizarre.  I hope everyone is okay.  Night night everyone.

Oh my goodness Chive. I am so very sorry to hear about your Mum's dear friend. It seems as though 2020, so far, has been beset with tragic news. Your Mum will need some support too as Besties are like family members. I'm sure she will be happy she has you as one of the people to turn to. My condolences. x

So sorry to hear your news Chive. LB's right - 2020 hasn't been the best of years so far has it?
I seem to remember you saying you were looking out for a Dianthus Doris because of your mum's friend. I wonder if (in a few weeks) your mum would like a nice pot planted up with some of those plants in memory of her friend. It sounds as though they knew one another for many years - lots and lots of memories.

It's been wild, wet and windy here. The sun has just popped out and it's lovely and warm in a sheltered spot but that wind has a real edge to it - and it's very gusty.

I'm hemming the curtains I made just before Christmas. Should be a straightforward job but (as usual) it's proving to be a bit less so than I'd hoped. May get them finished before Easter....
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
