I found the fat, voracious snail that has been turning my hostas into doilies.
He can stuff his face in the brown bin -  for now.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
  • This site shows the position of NEOWISE. At present it is best seen in the early morning twilight. It is only as bright as a bright star so binoculars will be helpful - it is much more impressive in photos than to the eye.

Over the next few weeks it will move further out of the Sun's glare and also become more of an evening object. It might be visible tonight around 10pm with difficulty, low in the North-West, but in another week it will be much easier to see.

    Good hunting!

It was actually late 1985 and early 1986.
